Deposits: A deposit of $100.00 per room is due at the time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to departure. Balances are automatically charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to travel.
There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per room if notice is received between 30 and 44 days prior to departure
There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per room plus one night’s room rental if notice is received less than 30 days prior to departure.
If cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to departure, there will be NO REFUND.
Unused portions of accommodations, meals and activities are non-refundable.
Holiday bookings require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. If cancelled more than 45 days in advance, deposit is forfeited: deposit plus one night's room rental if 45-31 days: no refund if 30 days or less.
Full refund, less $50.00 per room cancellation fee will be granted if cancellation is received no less than 45 days prior to departure.
Payment Policies: Accommodations are subject to a 9% Hotel tax All other prices are inclusive of General Sales Tax. Ramon’s Village does not have a service charge but does encourage tipping of its employees. Each reservation must be guaranteed by VISA, MasterCard or American Express or Discover to confirm. Once booking is confirmed, there will be a $20.00 charge for each change.
